My TURBO Beast

Larger T3 Turbo Upgrade.

This is a 60-Trim T3 from a 3 litre Nissan V6 engine, it's good for around 310 hp on my engine (thanks Matti). The compressor inlet is alot larger than the standard one found on the CT20. The turbo also had to be rotated so the oil return line would point downwards, as the beaten/foamed up oil has to leave the turbo by gravity, without any presure.

Manifold and turbo still there...

...and here they're gone.

It will be very tight with the oil return line which goes in the middle of the engine mount.

Fron view just for kicks...

Here is a shot of the Turbo bolted up to the studs in the adapter plate, which is bolted onto the exhaust manifold with counter sunk allen key bolts.

Another view, my friend also brazed a piece of pipe on the old oil return line plate, which then had some hose joining it to the pipe on the engine block

The Intercooler how it was when I got it from Paradise Toyota Recyclers.

One of the end tanks will remain the same, and the other will be flipped around, and then just a length of pipe will be there to connect some hose.

The Intercooler with one of the end tanks cut off.

How the Intercooler will end up very shortly, inlet and outlet on the same side.
